Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 详见采购文件 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: See the purchase documents for details (c)本项目的特定资格要求： 1、从事城市园林绿化项目的施工企业，应持有效的营业执照，施工现场项目管理机构与工程规模相符合。 2、供应商拟派项目经理需具有园林专业中级及以上职称。 3、园林绿化施工企业须配备与工程规模相适应的施工现场管理机构人员。本项目的工程规模为： 小型工程：标段最高限价400万元以下（含400万）的园林绿化工程项目，根据项目实际情况设置，最低应为5人（含）以上，且需包含*园林项目负责人、安全员、质量员、材料员、中 级 园林 绿化工（班组负责人）各1名。 4、本项目仅面向中小企业采购。 5、本项目不接受组成联合体。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Construction companies engaged in urban landscaping projects should have a valid business license, and the project management team on site should match the scale of the project. 2. The supplier's proposed project manager must have an intermediate or higher professional title in landscaping. 3.
